Established in 2011, Here Comes The Dress provides a dress shopping experience that is unforgettable.
We began our journey in Chesterton and expanded to a second location, Granger, Indiana in 2022.
Our boutiques were built on our dream of providing a stylish and elegant approach to the Indiana bridal scene. We pride ourselves on excellent customer service as well as providing brides with cutting edge styles from top designers in the industry. We've handpicked our bridal collection of approximately 100 dresses per location, average priced $1500-$2500.
When designing Here Comes The Dress, we had one thing in mind, the bride!
For this reason we specialize in wedding dresses and bridal accessories and offering brides a personalized and many times individual in store experience. We truly enjoy what we do and it's of the utmost importance to us that our HCTD brides are provided with expert advice and friendly service.
Our ordered styles take approximately 5-7 months to arrive and we require 50% down to order.
If that doesn't suit you, we also offer payment plans for your dress purchase and have many styles that are ready to wear, off the rack.

We offer in-house alterations in our Chesterton location to make your dress dreams a reality. Nearly all of our dress customers choose us for their alteration needs. We have two in-house seamstresses with over 60 years combined experience in bridal wear. We also offer custom alterations, such as neckline changes, creating jackets or long sleeves, creative bustle options and much more!

Dress cleaning and preservation
Preserve THE dress
Here Comes The Dress offer dress cleaning and preservation to properly store your wedding dress after your special day. We are partnered with Wedding Gown Preservation Co., who has been in the business for over 100 years. The process takes about 12-16 weeks and once your dress and accessories are cleaned, preserved and boxed, they will be delivered directly to your doorstep.

Outfit your ladies
One of the perks of saying yes at Here Comes The Dress in Chesterton is that we also offer bridesmaids dresses! If you say yes, your maids will receive 15% off their dress order. We have a varied collection of dresses and colors from Bill Levkoff.
Appointments are required to shop our selection and we offer additional discounts throughout the year.
